I go to school each and everyday and i look at my friends.I start to think why don't i look like my friends too! You see,i have big thighs and a big butt.I don'y know what to do!I just can't go out jogging everyday! I need advice on how to loose thigh and butt weight! Please!
A: The only way to lose weight is through diet and exercise. Don't do Atkins or South Beach, it only comes back.
Ask your parents if you can join a gym and go in the evenings. I know our gym closes at 8pm. Just go two or three nights a week and work up to 1 hour of cardio a night for those 2-3 nights a week. Vary it, so do some treadmill and elliptical, or do some bike and elliptical. It really helps.
Also, cut down on regular soda and sweets.
