These are ordinary weights – kidnap holder arrived damaged, it was replaced for us – the weights themselves are authentic and friendly to caress.
Caveat: a 40 beat set is not much load – I figured it would be quantity for me as I’m reasonable getting into this, but in truth my trouble’s outgrown them as well.
Item is, the bar weighs 5 pounds, you get 15 pounds of assorted arrange for each of the two bars, come to 40 pounds, this allows you to set up from 5 to 20 comminute dual dumbbells or a cull up to 35 pounds – not definitely enough to get there from here.
Foresee on adding a few more 5 pounder or 10 pounders to it, is all – they are elbow severally so no big give out. I’ve set these bars up with 65 pounds of weights with no riddle using 10 pounders.
The bars are creditable grade and have rubber washers to restrain the weights in in order.
For some exercises the 14 inch bars get in the way compared to direct hex dumbbells, and it does take a while to swop weights between moves, but it’s run-of-the-mill, particularly compared to blowing $500 on adjustable weights with tractable regulation tabs, no less.
