No way, no how, would I ever go Commando when working out. I remember I got a bikini wax at Flirty Girl Fitness , and the laser/masseuse kept telling me that it's dangerous because if the area gets sweaty, it will irritate the shaved area. I still did it, but she gave me these crazy looking paper underwear to wear to class. Although I enjoyed the class, I was really uncomfortable wearing fake underwear. Every time I'd swing around (pole dancing class, by the way) or do a dance that required squatting, I'd hurry up and fix it.

I once met a girl who said she never wore underwear with panty hose because she got yeast infections too much and there's a panty line within the panty hose. Whatever! Underwear is not killing you to wear, and I work out all the time with it on. People are using that as an excuse. All you have to do is wear boy shorts or those underwear that only cuff half the butt and you won't feel it and the underwear won't ride. I'm old school. Underwear never comes off unless I'm in the shower or ahem...the other reason.

I've always all in a join in wedlock of Nike Pro compression shorts under my leathers, but they don't have any armor. Recently, I've been seeing those creepy commercials with Adrian Peterson featuring the Nike Pro Fighting apparatus, specifically the compression shorts that have lather stall barrier in the hips and the same, profit armor on the thighs. I'm customary to be checking these out, as they should fit line for line under leathers and give much more thrust aegis than by the skin of one's teeth the compression shorts.
