Just need help working out what i should be doing and how much, using the tools I already have!
Basically i'm giving myself 6 weeks to lose weight and tone up before my guy is home from Iraq as ive let myself go a little!! I want to feel good when he's home, but I cant afford to join a gym and Im a full time mum.

A: 30-45 minutes of moderate cardio per day is really all you need... you're just trying to burn extra calories (about 500 or so if possible). 20-30 minutes of sprints would actually be better, but your mum might not hold up! :)
You need to figure out how many calories your body burns every day, then cut about 500 off that number. There's a calculator here
